What It Does, Approximately
LiabilityShield™ is a full-spectrum organizational exposure mitigation platform, powered by our proprietary Inverse Consequence Engine™. It does not reduce your liability. It recontextualizes it.
Our core processing layer automatically classifies adverse outcomes as learning opportunities at a rate of up to 400 adverse outcomes per minute. The classification is immediate. The learning is optional.
Transforms vague organizational liabilities into specific action items no one is assigned to. Ambiguity remains; it is now formatted as a table with three columns, one of which is colored red.
Maps your entire stakeholder graph and identifies exactly who is responsible for any given outcome. This information is produced in a read-only PDF. It expires after 90 days and must be renewed at additional cost.
Executive-facing dashboard presenting all organizational risks with appropriate softening language. "Critical vulnerability" becomes "strategic improvement opportunity." "Active data breach" becomes "unplanned transparency event."
Generates audit-ready documentation demonstrating that steps were taken. The documentation is real. Whether steps were taken is a separate question and outside the scope of this product.

Pricing (Conceptual)
LiabilityShield™ is available in three tiers, each calibrated to the severity of consequences your organization is currently not addressing. Pricing is available upon request, specifically your request, followed by a 45-minute discovery call.
All tiers provide equivalent actual liability reduction: none. Tier selection affects the sophistication of language describing your exposure, not the exposure itself. Unlimited Liability LLC recommends retaining qualified legal counsel in addition to, rather than instead of, this product. We have never advised otherwise, though we understand how that impression forms.
Works With (Broadly)
LiabilityShield™ integrates with the enterprise platforms your organization has already licensed, paid for, and largely stopped using. Connectors are available. Certification is pending. "Pending" means we intend to pursue it.
Third-party product names used above are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply partnership, endorsement, certification, or awareness of Unlimited Liability LLC's existence. Integration quality varies. "Integration" means an API connection was established at least once during development.
Your Obligations
LiabilityShield™ assists in documenting your compliance posture. It does not constitute, establish, certify, or guarantee that posture. These are different things. They are frequently confused. That confusion is not our liability.
Assistance (Available)
LiabilityShield™ is provided as-is. This phrase appears in our license agreement eleven times. We counted. The repetition is intentional. It is not a limitation of our affection for you as a customer. It is a limitation of our liability, which is to say: unlimited in name, carefully bounded in practice.
Nothing produced by LiabilityShield™ constitutes legal advice. Not the dashboards, not the briefings, not the retrospectives, not the CSV files, and especially not the integration with ZoomDeck™. If a document generated by this platform is presented to a court, we wish you well in a non-contractual sense.
Unlimited Liability LLC accepts no liability for decisions made, actions taken, audits failed, or boards disappointed based on the output of LiabilityShield™. We have named our company Unlimited Liability. We are aware of the irony. We note it during the onboarding call, usually around minute 38.
Enterprise tier customers receive access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager has a name and a calendar link. Issues of a technical nature will be escalated to engineering. Issues of a legal nature will be escalated to a disclaimer.
